Becky’s Ground Beef & American Cheese Bierocks are sandwiches that have a filling of hamburger, cabbage, onion, cheese and other spices, encased in a yeast dough shell. Fresh vegetables and lean meats are used in all products. The dough and meat fillings are made fresh each day to assembling the bierocks. Each bierock is hand formed, packaged and shipped frozen.
Packages can be purchased with or without the purchase of the Prairie Pak, giving you more flexibility when ordering.
*$1 site handling fee will be added to the total of your order
(the $1 site handling fee is given to the site volunteers to help cover costs of postage, printing fliers, gas, etc.)
*$1 processing fee is added to orders placed online through the web site or by contacting your personal shopper, June or Linda.
